The piece features a well-figured walnut quarter veneered top with delicate stringing, above a shaped apron and three drawers fitted with period-style brass handles and escutcheons. The drawer fronts are framed with fine stringing, adding refinement and highlighting the quality of the walnut veneers.

The cabriole legs are particularly pleasing, giving the lowboy a graceful and balanced stance, while the shaped apron provides a classic early Georgian silhouette. The overall colour and patina are warm and rich, making this an attractive and practical piece for a hallway, bedroom, or sitting room.

A grand and highly decorative example in solid oak, retaining all its original fittings. The design features a central bevelled mirror framed by carved scrollwork and mouldings, surrounded by an abundance of turned hat and coat hooks arranged across the upper and side sections.
Below are twin stick or umbrella receptacles with their original removable drip trays, supported by turned columns and shaped lower rails. The hallstand displays good carving, crisp detailing, and a warm, even colour throughout.
Generously proportioned, this piece makes a striking entrance statement while remaining highly functional—perfect for a spacious hallway or period interior. A fine, authentic example in excellent condition.
